Rentals

The Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre is available for rent. There are many ways the Brauntex can meet your production or event needs.

Examples of the types of events held at the theatre: live theatre productions, films, concerts, weddings, presentations, benefits, and artistic workshops.

Here are a few bits of information you need to start the rental process:

Dates - Please have your selected dates in mind before inquiring about availability. Rental requests and inquiries will only be taken with specific dates.

Hold Deposit - Please be prepared to place a non-refundable deposit to hold your requested rental dates. If you plan on using the Brauntex Box Office and merchant services for ticketing the deposit will be $300.00 paid check or credit card only. If you do not plan on using the Brauntex Box Office and merchant services for ticketing then the hold deposit will be 50% of the total rental amount. Please keep in mind that all hold deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the total rental amount after the event has been complete and all incidentals have been accounted for.

Proof of Insurance - Please be prepared to provide proof of insurance of up to $1,000,000.00 in general liability coverage upon signing the rental contract.

Technical Services - The Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre Association, Inc. contracts 2 Rivers Technical Services for operation and oversight of its entire technical infrastructure. The renter will be required to use 2 Rivers Technical Services staff for meeting the technical needs of your event. More information about this will be provided during the contract process.

Concessions - All public ticketed events will have concession services and will be solely operated by the Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre Association, Inc. The renter will not be able to sell or distribute food or beverages to the general public during their event at the Brauntex Theatre.
